What do you think your CONFIDENCE level REALLY is??

How has your weekend been? Be
honest.......How have you been feeling
MOST of the time? Would you like
tomorrow to be a repeat of yesterday?
Why or why not?

I want to talk about confidence.
Now I KNOW almost everyone I talk
to would say they could use a little
more confidence in at least one area
of their life. But here's a million dollar
insight......

NO ONE NEEDS MORE CONFIDENCE!

That's right! You read it right! You
don't need more confidence at all,
what you need is confidence in what
you WANT rather than confidence in
what you don't want.

You'll find pure spiritual principles
aren't about getting more of anything,
they're about harnessing what you
ALREADY have toward manifesting
what you WANT. Using your natural
power for GOOD.
It's always about letting go of what
isn't working to allow what will work in.
You want to grow your confidence
muscle on things working out for you!

Believe MORE that you WILL be
successful than not. Imagine in your
mind everything going just the way
you want. Talk about what you want,
pretend it's here NOW. Smile because
it's here, get excited about it. THAT'S
CONFIDENCE! =)

It feels amazing! It's knowing things
ARE working out for you. It's KNOWING.
Things ARE working out for you. KNOW
IT ;-D

You can have confidence in your fears
coming true or confidence in your
dreams coming true. You can have
confidence in your ability to feel better
or confidence you will feel worse. You
can have confidence that the
relationship you want is on its way or
you can have confidence that it's NEVER
going to happen. YOU decide in your
thoughts, feelings, mental movies and
expectations.

EXPECT things are working out for you.
Have confidence in your abilities, have
confidence in YOU!

WAIT.........I'll make it EASY for you!!!

I HIGHLY recommend my '5 Steps for
Self Soothing' 90 minute audio program
(first selection here):

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=584698

Think of it as home-therapy-in-a-box!
It will show you how to handle ANY
circumstance or experience to get a
totally NEW perspective (which changes
your energy and RESULTS immediately)
in only 5 easy steps!!

And there are 13 other audio programs
to choose from.  Grab your favorites
here:

EnJOY your day and know that I
BELIEVE IN YOU!! MMMWWWAAAHHH!!! ;-D

Here's a quick refresher on 'Detachment'. It's worth the read!! ;-D

The weekend will be here before
you know it.

Woooo Hoooo!!  ;-D

I get hundreds of emails a week
and there is NO other topic more
important than........

DETACHMENT

Here's manifestation summed up
in ONE sentence......

You can have ANYTHING you want,
as long as you don't NEED it.

Needing is a repelling energy.

When you NEED something you are
vibrationally screaming to the
universe that you DON'T currently
have it. And as such, you continue
to get more of NOT having it.

The key to manifesting is to
expect, act as if even pretend if you
need to that you already HAVE what
you desire. But if you NEED
something that is a huge, red,
burning flag that you don't have it
YET. You continue to need and what
you desire continues to STAY AWAY
from you.

Relax.....Breathe.....

I have a TOOL that WILL help you.

Play the 'what if' game. I love this
game. All day long as often as
you can consciously think:

'what if what I desired DID arrive'
'what if I got a check in the mail'
'what if I found $1000 on the street'
'what if 10 clients called today'
'what if my clothes fit better today'
'what if my foot hurt LESS today'

you get the idea. Play with the
'what if' and play so that you FEEL
GOOD. When you lighten up on
yourself you make room for the
universe to deliver. and QUICKLY!!

As long as you have a tight lock on
things you will continue to stay
stuck!! Play the what if game today,
this weekend, as often as you can
and WATCH what occurs. Be sure
to keep me posted on what shows
up!!! ;-D

Have a FABULOUS weekend and z
remember...........EXPECT great
things!!!!  :-D

If you have EVER complained about the SAME thing MORE than 3 times.......READ This!!! ;-D

I thought I would send you a quick
note........

I have the feeling this might be
something you need to hear.

I want to talk about complaining
today. Do you find yourself ever
complaining? Do you have the
HABIT of telling others what you
did or didn't do today?

Do you find that when something
negative or upsetting happens,
you have to run and tell someone
or pick up the phone to 'get it off
your chest'? Well this is
complaining........

Complaining is a habit AND it's
addictive. It's like a drug and
the more you do it, the more you
need to do it. Complaining
literally feeds on your energy
and depletes it.

Have you ever noticed that when
you complain before you know it
you're angry?

It's like the more you complain
the madder you get. So are you
ready to give up complaining? Are
you ready to spend that time and
energy focusing on what you WANT?

Notice if you complain. Notice how
you respond when someone asks
how you're doing. Notice if others
around you are complaining and
how you feel when you hear them
complain. Take note of how, who,
and how long you to talk to others.
Notice if you're talking about what
you WANT or what you DON'T WANT.

Life is a mirror of what you think
and believe. There are no accidents
to what is or ISN'T showing up. But
I promise you if you complain it will
take longer, you will suffer more and
life will become more and more
challenging.

Let complaining go. Allow positive
thoughts to fill your mind. Think
about how it CAN and WILL work
out. Talk about your intentions and
what you're working on NOW and let
every thing else go.

Start a new habit of smiling and
blessing even your biggest messes.
You needed EVERY experience you've
had to get you to this point. SMILE.
You've made it this far ;-D

If you could use some help.......I
have a FABULOUS 90 minute audio
on '5 Steps for Self Soothing'.  It's
the first selection here:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=576239

Grab it and give it a listen.  It will
REALLY change things for you in
DRAMATIC ways!!

I'm SO proud of you! Have a
FABULOUS day and remember
to EXPECT great things today!!! ;-D

ASK SHELBY Question #1........

Hi Shelby!!

My negative repeating pattern is
procrastination or at least
finding something "else" that
"needs to be done" which, I
think, stems from feelings of
inadequacy and/or unworthiness
( ex: "Sure, so-n-so can do
"whatever" and succeed because
they -- fill in the blank -- ( are
more educated, was born with
talent, has the right connections,
etc ... )" ...

Even if there is a 'proven system'
to get the exact desired result,
that little voice likes to chime in
with his useless 2 cents worth
that, for some reason, carries a
lot more weight.

Can you help........

Adam - St. Paul
__________________________

Shelby's Response.......

Hi Adam!

This is a COMMON question!

Procrastination is a GREAT sign!!
I know you may not think so.....
INITIALLY.  but what it's telling
you is that your energy is NOT
aligned.

This is NOT a bad thing....
merely INFORMATION.
With that information you have
two choices.....#1) do it anyway.
and I'm sure you've tried this
route, we ALL have and in the
end the result is NO GOOD!

OR you can choose #2) which
is to WAIT until you ARE
inspired.  Believe it or not, if
it's important you WILL get
the urge when it's the RIGHT
time. The question is..... can
you WAIT.......??????

What's your story relating to
having to do it now? NOTICE.
I often find my clients tell
themselves that things HAVE
to be done by a certain date
or time but when I ask them
'who' said that......I hear
crickets.  It's just a STORY
that they were told or made
up AND KEEP believing.

One of the BEST ways to get
new HELPFUL patterns going
Adam is my Creating Miracles
Ecourse!  It's a FULL 30 days,
and EACH day you'll learn a
new exercise, technique or
insight to CHANGE and
REMOVE the LIMITING
patterns and beliefs you're
USING (against yourself) now.

Check it out here:

The key to remember is just
because you think somethingDOESN'T make it true!!!

YOU decide what everything
means and just for the next
week or two, make EVERY-
THING mean something
GOOD and WATCH what
happens AND how quickly!!!  ;-D

ASK SHELBY Question #2.......

Hi Shelby!!

I have several repeating patterns
such as bitching and complaining
about not making enough money.
I have continued frustration with
clients and feeling unappreciated.
I don’t’ have what I consider to
be enough money every month
AND I'm not getting paid what I’m
worth.

Please Help!!

Shelby's Response.......
Hi Anonymous!

This too is a common question
I get.  The KEY to your 'problems'
is your focus.

There are NO happy endings to
an unhappy journey.  Right now
you're taking an unhappy journey
(and know it) and yet you are
wanting a HAPPY ending.  It can't
happen.  The vibrations are too
far apart.

You have to get on the HAPPY
dial.  This means that EVERY
time you think about how things
AREN'T working, you have to
SWITCH focus to what IS working.
Your mind is a muscle.  The more
you work it out, the easier it will
work FOR you.
Your mind is a goal seeking
mechanism.  Whatever you think
about it gets working on
BRINGING about.....NO
exceptions.  So......If you're
thinking about what you DON'T
want, it's on its way!!!

It's just as easy to think a happy
thought as it is to think an
unhappy thought.  It's a CHOICE.
Begin making these choices of
how you feel deliberately and in
ADVANCE of what life shows you.

I have a FABULOUS audio called
'The Power of Your Words', I
HIGHLY recommend you pick it
up and listen to it over and over
again. It's ONLY $17 and it will
UNLEASH your everyday
vocabulary and really SHOW you
why things are or AREN'T showing
up.

Grab your copy here:
http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=552807

It's instantly downloadable so
there is NO waiting and you'll
LOVE it.  and there are 9 other
titles to choose from too!!!  ;-D

Dear Shelby,

The note said. Just because!!!

THANK YOUUUUUUUU!!!!!

Lots of love and gratitude

Hello Shelby,

I just wanted to say that I
downloaded your 'Power of Words'
audio the other day and think it's
phenomenal.  Not only is it packed
with so much practical information
but I feel completely inspired
every time I listen to it.  As a
result of this, the universe is
already responding with messages
and signs that things are on their
way. Somebody also gave me the
book  'The Master Key System' out
of the blue and just finding so
many synchronicities appearing.
Thank you so much :o)

Love

Lisa xxx

Do you treat money like a FRIEND? Think about it......

Think about it for a moment......

How do you REALLY feel about
money?  Where it comes from?
How you manifest it?  How much
things cost?  Whether or not to
save it.  How much you carry ON
you?

Do you talk about money with
others?  You KNOW you're talking
to yourself about money ALL day
long.  The real question is.... Is
your conversation positive or
negative about money?  Do you
feel GOOD talking about money
or bad?

Remember......money has ears!!
Money can be VERY powerful. It
brings up emotional issues
FASTER than almost anything
else.  Have you noticed?

I asked my sister the other day
how much something cost and
she said 'You don't talk about
money and how much things
cost.'  I said 'YES you do.  The
only people who don't talk
about money are the one's who
don't have any.'  There was
SILENCE on the other end of
the line.

Money beliefs are KEY to
whether or not you ALLOW
financial success into your life.
Most people don't know what
they REALLY believe about
money.  UNTIL NOW.......

I have TWO fabulous one hour
audios on money.  I only open
up my audio archives a few
times a year and with March
arriving TOMORROW (can you
believe it, LOL  ;-D) I thought
TODAY IS THE DAY to begin
understanding how YOU are
the only one in your way.

You are the ONLY shadow
standing in your sunshine.

Begin changing things in a
MAJOR way with my Money
audios here:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=543747

There are actually 18 to choose
from.  ALL topics from fear to
money to the power of now to

quantum physics to success.

EVERYTHING BEGINS WITH
BELIEF.

And as I often say.......You don't
even need to believe, as long as
you don't believe AGAINST.

Maybe that's the problem?
Maybe you believe more AGAINST
your abilities than FOR.  Have you
ever thought about it?

Remember for things to change
for you, YOU need to change.

One of MY favoritest ways to begin
the process of change is by
listening to audios.  Listen to them
at least 5 times and WATCH what
begins to happen!!!  ;-D

Check out ALL 18 I have available
for you here:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=543747

Enjoy them.    :-D

BIG Hugs and Much Love,

I'm in the process of a HUGE
website upgrade (I can't wait) and
this page will only be up until

What is Your PERSONAL Self Talk Like?? Be HONEST! ;-D

I have a few questions for you......
REALLY think about your
answers.

- Is your self talk positive or
negative?

- Do you expect the best out
of life or the worst?

- Do you believe in miracles
or struggles?

- Do you believe IN your
abilities or more in your blocks
to success?

- Do you believe it will be hard
or easy to get what you want?

These are important questions.
You are your own best friend
or shall I say COULD be.  And
yet the reality is most of us are
our own worst enemy. We're
harder on ourselves than we
would be on anyone else.

But it IS A CHOICE.

You can choose to believe that
you ARE capable of finding a
solution.

- That you CAN attract the
money.

- That your business IS
growing and maturing.

- That you ARE aligning with
the relationship you've always
wanted.

- That life IS supporting you
and making SURE that you
experience whatever it is you
desire.

But it all begins with you liking
yourself FIRST.

If you believe in you, the
universe will mirror that back
to you through others liking,
supporting and believing in
you.  Rather than looking for
support OUTSIDE of yourself
BE that support for yourself
NOW.  Then LOOK for the
proof of your new beliefs.

I have a FABULOUS 60+ min
audio on 'The Power of Your
Words'.  It will truly enlighten
you to what you're thinking
and HOW OFTEN!!

I don't allow access to my
audio selection often, but for
the remainder of the weekend
you can get 'The Power of Your
Words' audio INSTANTLY here:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=540508

If you're ready to monitor how
you talk to yourself and THINK
SOMETHING NEW ABOUT
YOURSELF, not to mention learn
to how to coach yourself out of
ANY situation or circumstance,
may I recommend my 90+ min
'5 Steps for Self Soothing' mp3
audio program:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=540510

When you treat yourself like

the spectacular, high achiever
genius you are, MAGICAL THINGS
HAPPEN.  It's time to let go of

'shoulds' and 'coulds'.  Take life
by the horns and learn to
ALLOW it to happen!!

I have 18 audio programs to
choose from and they're available
THROUGH SUNDAY Feb 6th!!!
Maybe MONEY is your sore spot??
Select your favorites here:

http://www.on2url.com/app/adtrack.asp?MerchantID=65233&AdID=540514

Remember.......

If YOU believe in you, life will
too!!!!  ;-D   Pick up a few of my
audios and SEE.

Have a fabulous Weekend!!
EXPECT it!!!!  ;-D
