Here's your Monday Mind Shift about ANTS!!! Seem Strange?? READ NOW!! ;-D

Now you might be thinking what do
ANTS and my mindset have in common
and I say.....EVERYTHING.

There are a few things I want to
say about ANTS.

NO, not this kind of ant..........



First of all I want to explain exactly
what they are.  ANTS are Automatic
Negative Thoughts.

Have you ever experienced a negative
thought before ;-D

Of course you have.  Today's topic
is about the AUTOMATIC negative
thoughts that you're thinking on a
daily basis.  In fact you're thinking
ANTS 100's of times per day, however
MUCH of that conversation is completely
unconscious, UNTIL TODAY!

I want you to think about something
that happened either today or
yesterday that caused you to be
upset in ANY way.  Think about what
happened, how you felt and what
pictures began to appear on the screen
of your mind.

Now write down what THOUGHTS you
began to think.

When someone close to you asks you
how things are going and you
complain, what do you usually say?

If you could have ONE problem fixed
right now, what problem would you
have fixed? Why fix that problem?

What's your theory as to why
things aren't going the way you'd
like them to?

Be sure to ANSWER IN WRITING all
the above questions.  Use as much
space as you need.  What you will
begin to SEE is your ANTS.  You
will see in your OWN words what you
typically begin to think when things
go wrong and in some cases, why.

You will then want to become VERY
conscious of what you say throughout
the day. Notice when an ANT is being
talked about (again either out loud
or in your mind). Catch yourself. By
doing this exercise you're calling
this to your mind's attention.

Your mind does what it's told. ALWAYS!
Watch, notice, observe how quickly
you begin noticing your ANTS.  And
every time you hear yourself think
about your ANTS (out loud OR in your
head) replace the ANT with what you
WANT.

It will get easier and easier and
you will SEE your results manifest
at the speed of what seems almost
over night!  It's NOT hard, however
it does take repetition and patience.
Replace your ANTS and life will
become magical!

Happy Monday!!

It's the LAST day of April so be

Now for today's 'Beliefs 101'
lesson. 

What is a belief exactly?  I
personally have defined a belief
as a thought that you think
over and over and over again.
And although that is completely
true, I've found an even BETTER
way of explaining it.

Here goes...

A belief is nothing more than
YOUR tendencies.  A belief is
really how you FEEL and ACT in
any given situation.  It's that
thing that you do when you get
stressed or angry.

It's how your loved ones can
predict exactly what you will
say and do. At a core level they
know your tendencies.

So....What's the thing that you
do when you get upset?  Do you
yell? Get louder?  Raise your
hands, get more physical? 
Throw things?  Maybe say things
you don't mean?  These are
tendencies, these are your
beliefs MANIFESTED.

It's how I can look at your
reality and know beyond a
shadow of a doubt exactly what
your true beliefs are. Because
your beliefs are MANIFEST right
now in your world.

Look at your:

- career/job

- relationships (both personal
  and business)

- body/weight

- bank account


You can SEE instantly what your
beliefs are can't you?  You can
see instantly your tendencies.
If you have ever struggled to
understand what YOUR beliefs
are and how they affect your
everyday life, this is GREAT
NEWS.  Life is like a blue print
for you to look over.  The REAL
question is.......

Do you like what you see?

If not, you must change your
beliefs or tendencies.  When
you change how you 'react' to
life, life has a different reaction
on you.
Makes sense right?

I hope so.  When I made the
connection that I can tell
myself whatever I want, but
the true test is in how I ACT,
because this is the proof of
what I believe my whole world
changed.  You yourself may be
thinking one thing but doing
another.

The DOING is your stronger
belief. This 'doing-ness' is
your tendency. So look at your
life.  How are you FEELING
about it?  What needs
TENDING to?  Take a good
inventory right now of what
you would like to change.
and then.........MAKE the
changes in your beliefs and
tendencies and watch how
quickly things turn around

Beliefs 101 - A Short Crash Course

I have so many exciting things
to share with you I don't quite
know where to begin.

BEFORE I teach you a fabulous
new way to look at your beliefs
and how to deal with them more
effectively I must let you know.....

Now for today's 'Beliefs 101'
lesson. 

What is a belief exactly?  I
personally have defined a belief
as a thought that you think
over and over and over again.
And although that is completely
true, I've found an even BETTER
way of explaining it.

Here goes...

A belief is nothing more than
YOUR tendencies.  A belief is
really how you FEEL and ACT in
any given situation.  It's that
thing that you do when you get
stressed or angry.

It's how your loved ones can
predict exactly what you will
say and do. At a core level they
know your tendencies.

So....What's the thing that you
do when you get upset?  Do you
yell? Get louder?  Raise your
hands, get more physical? 
Throw things?  Maybe say things
you don't mean?  These are
tendencies, these are your
beliefs MANIFESTED.

It's how I can look at your
reality and know beyond a
shadow of a doubt exactly what
your true beliefs are. Because
your beliefs are MANIFEST right
now in your world.

Look at your:

- career/job

- relationships (both personal
  and business)

- body/weight

- bank account

You can SEE instantly what your
beliefs are can't you?  You can
see instantly your tendencies.
If you have ever struggled to
understand what YOUR beliefs
are and how they affect your
everyday life, this is GREAT
NEWS.  Life is like a blue print
for you to look over.  The REAL
question is.......

Do you like what you see?

If not, you must change your
beliefs or tendencies.  When
you change how you 'react' to
life, life has a different reaction
on you.
Makes sense right?

I hope so.  When I made the
connection that I can tell
myself whatever I want, but
the true test is in how I ACT,
because this is the proof of
what I believe my whole world
changed.  You yourself may be
thinking one thing but doing
another.

The DOING is your stronger
belief. This 'doing-ness' is
your tendency. So look at your
life.  How are you FEELING
about it?  What needs
TENDING to?  Take a good
inventory right now of what
you would like to change.
and then.........MAKE the
changes in your beliefs and
tendencies and watch how
quickly things turn around
