Hi Shelby!!

My negative repeating pattern is
procrastination or at least
finding something "else" that
"needs to be done" which, I
think, stems from feelings of
inadequacy and/or unworthiness
( ex: "Sure, so-n-so can do
"whatever" and succeed because
they -- fill in the blank -- ( are
more educated, was born with
talent, has the right connections,
etc ... )" ...

Even if there is a 'proven system'
to get the exact desired result,
that little voice likes to chime in
with his useless 2 cents worth
that, for some reason, carries a
lot more weight.

Hi Adam!

This is a COMMON question! 

Procrastination is a GREAT sign!! 
I know you may not think so.....
INITIALLY.  but what it's telling
you is that your energy is NOT
aligned.

This is NOT a bad thing....
merely INFORMATION.
With that information you have
two choices.....#1) do it anyway.
and I'm sure you've tried this
route, we ALL have and in the
end the result is NO GOOD!

OR you can choose #2) which
is to WAIT until you ARE
inspired.  Believe it or not, if
it's important you WILL get
the urge when it's the RIGHT
time. The question is..... can
you WAIT.......??????

What's your story relating to
having to do it now? NOTICE.
I often find my clients tell
themselves that things HAVE
to be done by a certain date
or time but when I ask them
'who' said that......I hear
crickets.  It's just a STORY
that they were told or made
up AND KEEP believing.

Hi Anonymous!

This too is a common question
I get.  The KEY to your 'problems'
is your focus.

There are NO happy endings to
an unhappy journey.  Right now
you're taking an unhappy journey
(and know it) and yet you are
wanting a HAPPY ending.  It can't
happen.  The vibrations are too
far apart.

You have to get on the HAPPY
dial.  This means that EVERY
time you think about how things
AREN'T working, you have to
SWITCH focus to what IS working. 
Your mind is a muscle.  The more
you work it out, the easier it will
work FOR you.
Your mind is a goal seeking
mechanism.  Whatever you think
about it gets working on
BRINGING about.....NO
exceptions.  So......If you're
thinking about what you DON'T
want, it's on its way!!!

It's just as easy to think a happy
thought as it is to think an
unhappy thought.  It's a CHOICE.
Begin making these choices of
how you feel deliberately and in
ADVANCE of what life shows you.

The way you shower, the way you get dressed, the route in which you drive, the way you make love and even the way you make your morning coffee. Everything is habitual. So the question becomes.....are your habits giving you the results you desire?  be HONEST. The way you think is also habitual. Do you habitually expect the best or the worst? Do you think your desires will be easy or hard to achieve? Do you think about scarcity or abundance most of the time? Today's message is to BREAK your mental habits. Notice how you react to people and situations as you go about your day. Notice what you begin to think about immediately when things don't go your way. Notice how you feel. You'll begin to see and feel patterns and habits in the way you think and REACT. THIS is the reason it can be challenging to change your results. We sometimes like to change what we DO on the outside but meanwhile we still think it will be hard and we won't be successful anyway on the inside. And in case you haven't noticed, your mind ALWAYS wins. No matter what you do, if you don't believe in yourself and if you don't have your mind on YOUR side, success won't happen. As I mentioned, noticing and observing what your mental habits ARE is the first and most critical step.  It's what we do every couple of weeks in Perception University. Think about it..... Beliefs 101 - A Short Crash Course

I have so many exciting things
to share with you I don't quite
know where to begin.

BEFORE I teach you a fabulous
new way to look at your beliefs
and how to deal with them more
effectively I must let you know.....

Now for today's 'Beliefs 101'
lesson. 

What is a belief exactly?  I
personally have defined a belief
as a thought that you think
over and over and over again.
And although that is completely
true, I've found an even BETTER
way of explaining it.

Here goes...

A belief is nothing more than
YOUR tendencies.  A belief is
really how you FEEL and ACT in
any given situation.  It's that
thing that you do when you get
stressed or angry.

It's how your loved ones can
predict exactly what you will
say and do. At a core level they
know your tendencies.

So....What's the thing that you
do when you get upset?  Do you
yell? Get louder?  Raise your
hands, get more physical? 
Throw things?  Maybe say things
you don't mean?  These are
tendencies, these are your
beliefs MANIFESTED.

It's how I can look at your
reality and know beyond a
shadow of a doubt exactly what
your true beliefs are. Because
your beliefs are MANIFEST right
now in your world.

Look at your:

- career/job

- relationships (both personal
  and business)

- body/weight

- bank account

You can SEE instantly what your
beliefs are can't you?  You can
see instantly your tendencies.
If you have ever struggled to
understand what YOUR beliefs
are and how they affect your
everyday life, this is GREAT

question is.......

Do you like what you see?

If not, you must change your
beliefs or tendencies.  When
you change how you 'react' to
life, life has a different reaction
on you.
Makes sense right?

I hope so.  When I made the
connection that I can tell
myself whatever I want, but
the true test is in how I ACT,
because this is the proof of
what I believe my whole world
changed.  You yourself may be
thinking one thing but doing
another.

The DOING is your stronger
belief. This 'doing-ness' is
your tendency. So look at your
life.  How are you FEELING
about it?  What needs
TENDING to?  Take a good
inventory right now of what
you would like to change.
and then.........MAKE the
changes in your beliefs and
tendencies and watch how
quickly things turn around

Do you treat money like a FRIEND? Think about it......

Think about it for a moment......

How do you REALLY feel about
money?  Where it comes from?
How you manifest it?  How much
things cost?  Whether or not to
save it.  How much you carry ON
you?

Do you talk about money with
others?  You KNOW you're talking
to yourself about money ALL day
long.  The real question is.... Is
your conversation positive or
negative about money?  Do you
feel GOOD talking about money
or bad?

Remember......money has ears!!
Money can be VERY powerful. It
brings up emotional issues
FASTER than almost anything
else.  Have you noticed?

I asked my sister the other day
how much something cost and
she said 'You don't talk about
money and how much things
cost.'  I said 'YES you do.  The
only people who don't talk
about money are the one's who
don't have any.'  There was
SILENCE on the other end of
the line.

Money beliefs are KEY to
whether or not you ALLOW
financial success into your life.
Most people don't know what
they REALLY believe about
money.  UNTIL NOW.......

What is Your PERSONAL Self Talk Like?? Be HONEST! ;-D

I have a few questions for you......
REALLY think about your
answers.

- Is your self talk positive or
negative?

- Do you expect the best out
of life or the worst?

- Do you believe in miracles
or struggles?

- Do you believe IN your
abilities or more in your blocks
to success?

- Do you believe it will be hard
or easy to get what you want?

These are important questions.
You are your own best friend
or shall I say COULD be.  And
yet the reality is most of us are
our own worst enemy. We're
harder on ourselves than we
would be on anyone else.

But it IS A CHOICE.

You can choose to believe that
you ARE capable of finding a
solution.

- That you CAN attract the
money.

- That your business IS
growing and maturing. 

- That you ARE aligning with
the relationship you've always
wanted.

- That life IS supporting you
and making SURE that you
experience whatever it is you
desire.

But it all begins with you liking
yourself FIRST. 

If you believe in you, the
universe will mirror that back
to you through others liking,
supporting and believing in
you.  Rather than looking for
support OUTSIDE of yourself
BE that support for yourself
NOW.  Then LOOK for the
proof of your new beliefs.

Today's the day. Now's the time!.....NOTICE what you choose.

As I'm sure you've noticed the
'perfect' day NEVER comes. 
There is always something that
you would like improved BEFORE
you move forward.  There is
always the want for a guarantee
of success and again, that day
NEVER comes.

AS you might imagine I too am
learning as I go and becoming
more and conscious of my habits,
patterns and BELIEFS about life
and what it all means.

Well just the other day I was
having a VERY in depth
conversation with a colleague and
I became triggered.  In a flash I
felt judgment, frustration, and a
little bit of anger entering my
mind and thoughts.  I was USING
HIM as my excuse to get upset. 
Somehow I let HIS opinions MEAN
SOMETHING TO ME.

Has that every happened to you?
I'm SURE it has.  That's what
triggers do. But here's the
interesting part.  These same
triggers that get you upset and
out of flow ARE THE VERY
teachings that will propel you to
the next level.  They're steps that
YOU'VE MANIFESTED to learn
from.

The question is.....are you
learning or RESISTING?

Learning FEELS GOOD and you
gain a new perspective around the
person, issue or circumstance.
Resisting FEELS BAD and you tend
to create the SAME type of person,
issue or circumstance again and
again. 

It can almost feel like you're running
a hamster wheel, not really getting
anywhere.  Have you ever experienced
