Which means....
Repeated thoughts lead to beliefs
which leads to how we feel which leads
to what actions (if any) we take.

"HOW" to take different action. How
to close, how to network, how to make
money, how to find love, how to sell
real estate,etc., ALL action based.

Beliefs 101 - A Short Crash Course
I have so many exciting things to
share with you I don't quite know
where to begin.
BEFORE I teach you a fabulous new
way to look at your beliefs and
how to deal with them more effectively
I must let you know.....
My website is undergoing a little

FABULOUS. So why am I telling you
this you ask? Because I've been
looking at my programs, products and
services and MOST will be changing in
some form or another. NOW is the
PERFECT time to take advantage of

Now for today's 'Beliefs 101' lesson.
What is a belief exactly? I personally
have defined a belief as a thought that
we think over and over and over again.
And although that is completely true,
I've found an even BETTER way of
explaining it.
Here goes...
A belief is nothing more than YOUR
tendencies. A belief is really how
you FEEL and ACT in any given
situation. It's that thing that you
do when you get stressed or angry.
It's how your loved ones can predict
exactly what you will say and do.
At a core level they know your
tendencies.
So....What's the thing that you do
when you get upset? Do you yell?
Get louder? Raise your hands, get
more physical? Throw things? Maybe
say things you don't mean? These
are tendencies, these are your
beliefs MANIFESTED.
It's how I can look at your reality
and know beyond a shadow of a doubt
exactly what your true beliefs are.
Because your beliefs are MANIFEST
right now in your world.
Look at your:
- career/job
- relationships (both personal
and business)
- body/weight
- bank account
You can SEE instantly what your
beliefs are can't you? You can
see instantly your tendencies.
If you have ever struggled to
understand what YOUR beliefs are
and how they affect your everyday
life, this is GREAT NEWS. Life is
like a blue print for you to look
over. The REAL question is....
Do you like what you see?
If not, you must change your
beliefs or tendencies. When you
change how you 'react' to life,
life has a different reaction on
you.
Makes sense right?
I hope so. When I made the
connection that I can tell myself
whatever I want, but the true test
is in how I ACT, because this is
the proof of what I believe my whole
world changed. You yourself may be
thinking one thing but doing another.
The DOING is your stronger belief.
This 'doing-ness' is your tendency.
So look at your life. How are you
FEELING about it? What needs
TENDING to? Take a good inventory
right now of what you would like to
change.
and then.........MAKE the changes in
your beliefs and tendencies and watch
how quickly things turn around and

may or may not believe those
words or even be ready to hear
them. But if you are keep
reading........
Words DON'T teach, life experience
teaches. But it can only teach if
you LEARN from it. Have you
noticed that there are a few areas
of your life that you seem to keep
repeating? You can't seem to get
past the hurdles and break free.
THOSE are the very areas you have
yet to learn from.
You may be experiencing life in
those areas but you're not learning
from it. And as you've experienced,
and will CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE,
the school of life WILL give you
opportunity after opportunity and
circumstance after circumstance to
learn that same lesson UNTIL you
get the teaching.

Every once in a while I get a
fortune in my fortune cookie
that I REALLY like.

How has it made you a BETTER
person for having experienced it?
Who could you now help as a result
of it?
How grateful are you that it DID
happen?
When you can answer ALL of these
questions it makes life and our
setbacks a little easier to digest.

Did you see my picture with a million dollars?
Hi There,
As I'm sure you know by now,
I live Las Vegas. It's a town
FULL of magic and wonder and
the energy here is AMAZING.
Well last night my son was out
with some friends (he's 16) and
I had some time to kill until
the 11:00 time I was picking him
up at. I had the feeling I
should go 'play' in OLD Vegas.
I don't know if you've been to
Vegas or not (we'll have to get
you to one of my seminars here)
there's a flashy NEW popular
strip and then there's an OLD
strip in Vegas too. Here the
casinos are old, the food is
cheap and the people watching
and street side entertainment
is unforgettable.
Well I decided to go 'play' some
video poker. I play the .05
machines and play for .10 a round.
I ended up spending $5 and coming
home with $35 dollars 3.5 hours
later. Yep I played on that five
dollar bill for almost four hours.
I had a FABULOUS time. Never even
left the one machine I started at.
I got TWO four aces (can you believe
it) I was on FIRE. But then the
REALLY big thing happened.
As I was getting my extra parking
validated by a pit boss he mentioned
that I should get my picture taken
with a million dollars. I said to
him 'of course I should' he pointed
me in the direction of one million
dollars all in $20 bills. The have
it under strict security but at
Binion's casino they will take a
5X7 picture of YOU with a million
dollars. The mental programming
alone is worth it. Well I got my
picture taken with the money. And
although I don't love everything
about the picture (do we EVER ladies)
I want to share it with you.

I LOVE the fact that I'm in alignment

I am almost laying on the money (per
instructions of the photographer)
I was having FUN with a million

Wait till the last minute-itis. Coaching Lesson #3
So I have a question for you.
Think about it VERY carefully
before you answer. This ONE
question and your ONE answer
could be the breakthrough you've
been seeking. Here goes...
How quickly do you MOVE TOWARD
what you desire/want?
1) I wait until conditions are
perfect - still waiting to
move, I know it will be soon.
2) I move quickly - making
changes as needed as I go,
I don't look back.
3) I don't move at all - I
stay stuck, complain about it
and feel sorry for myself instead.
If you had to pick only ONE
answer which would it be? Here's
some VERY valuable coaching,

I took my son down to the strip
here in Las Vegas yesterday to
do a little sight seeing and we
saw a FABULOUS billboard on the

so hard on you, when that's what
YOU EXPECT, talk about and visualize

If I can do it, YOU can do it. Coaching Lesson #2.
Let me be COMPLETELY clear
with you about something.
I know there are MANY gurus
out there who SAY they've
had challenges and the SAY
they know what it's like to
be where you are but I can
PROMISE you I KNOW what it's
like.
Let me give you just a FEW
of my life challenges AND
how I've overcome them and
then I'll ask you a few
questions a little later on.

of these experiences.
- I was the oldest.
Although I have only one younger
sister, I can whole heartedly
tell you I was training ground
for my parents 101 course.
I was the one who got smacked.
I was the one who got blamed.
I was the one who SHOULD have
know better.
I was the one who SHOULD have
set a better example.
I was the one who was bigger.
I was the one who SHOULD have
looked out for her.
ANY of these sound familiar?
Well if you were me and you
heard it HALF as much as I
did then you could have
PREDICTED that I would be
pregnant BEFORE I entered
college.
- I was a SINGLE mother BEFORE
college.
It seemed that I was the
burden queen. The more I could
take on, the stronger I would
be. Not only was a young mother,
but I manifested being a SINGLE
mother. Not only was I a single
mother but to this day I have
NEVER received even ONE dollar
from my son's father. So....
100% of the financial
responsibility is mine too!
Do you see a pattern?
No help.
No support.
No ease.
TONS of struggle.
TONS of uphill battles.
TONS of worrisome nights.
Does ANY of this sound familiar?
Of course I didn't SEE what I was
doing to myself till YEARS later.
Here's where the REAL coaching
comes in...
Although I wasn't conscious of
this knowing at the times in
these examples I DECIDED what
it all meant. I decided what
being a 'single' mom meant to

I now see my life as my gift to
share. I see the universe's
benevolence in trying to TEACH me.
I see that there ALWAYS IS an easier
more freeing path if I CHOOSE it.
But the key phrase is... IF I
CHOOSE IT.
No one can do it for you. I WILL
show you how whatever you're
going through RIGHT NOW has magic
and miracles within it. I WILL
show you how to move through your
challenges quicker and with less
emotional bruising and suffering.

Spring Ahead Fall Behind, I'm SICK Of It!!

daylight savings we turned our
clocks behind one hour last night.
It's just ANOTHER event the media

mortgages, behind on our credit
card bills, behind on our savings
accounts, behind the eight ball.
I'm tired of being behind. Aren't

What it all means is a CHOICE.

What Triggers You? What Does it Mean?
Hi!
AS you might imagine I too am
learning as I go and becoming
more and conscious of my habits,
patterns and BELIEFS about life
and what it all means.
Well just the other day I was
having a VERY in depth conversation
with a colleague and I became
triggered. In a flash I felt
judgment, frustration, and a
little bit of anger entering
my mind and thoughts. I was
USING HIM as my excuse to get
upset. Somehow I let HIS opinions
MEAN SOMETHING TO ME.
Has that every happened to you?
I'm SURE it has. That's what
triggers do. But here's the
interesting part. These same
triggers that get us upset and
out of flow ARE THE VERY teachings
that will propel us to that
next level. They're steps that
WE'VE MANIFESTED to learn from.
The question is.....are you
learning or RESISTING?
Learning FEELS GOOD and you gain
a new perspective around the person,
issue or circumstance. Resisting
FEELS BAD and you tend to create
the SAME type of person, issue or
circumstance again and again. It
can almost feel like you're running
a hamster wheel, not really getting
anywhere. Have you ever experienced

The Power of Faith, Trust and Surrender....

While working with an out

this morning I was inspired

I want to talk about the power
of Faith, Trust and Surrender.
Answer these questions 100%
honestly.....
- Do you have faith in your
dreams and desires coming true?
- Do you FULLY trust that Universe
IS working on your behalf, right
at this very moment.
- Do you surrender to this faith
and trust and RELAX knowing that
what you want is on its way?

I was thinking about this tonight
in the hot tub and HAD to ask

I estimate that I collected

3. Now I realize that some
people are quicker than others,
but only three have ALLOWED
it to be easy. As easy as
someone contacting THEM. It blew
my mind and then it clicked.
The reason why I've only heard
from three people is the SAME
REASON why you haven't attained
the income goal you REALLY want
or the weight you would love to
be, or found the relationship
that would support you in ALL
ways.
It's the SAME reason why less
than 300 people have registered
for my FR*EE 90 day program.
It's called RESISTANCE.
Do you know what resistance is?
It's that voice that kicks up
whenever you try something new,

something new. It's the 'negative

participating in a workshop by

a Lesson You Can Learn From My Son!
You may or may not know that I
have a teenage son. His name
is Derrick and he will be 16
this November. He's a sophomore
this year and if you can
remember back to that age, not
only will you appreciate this
story, but there is MUCH to
learn from.
Another fact you may not know is
that I'm a single parent and have
been all of Derrick's life. So
it's always been him and I ;-)
You may also find it almost
unbelievable that I find parenting
to be one of the EASIEST
experiences ever!!
Now that he is getting older he
is quite interested in my business
and ESPECIALLY about making
money. As you can imagine we
spend a lot of time together and I
always enjoy our conversations,
especially when we go out to eat.
Well a few weeks back we were
out to dinner and chatting as always.
He asked me what was new with
business and I began to share.
He offered a few suggestions (some
of which were QUITE good) and then
we proceeded to order dessert.
Still chatting I mentioned how
I liked one of his ideas. He
smiled, put out his hand and said
'that idea is worth $100'. I was
stunned......... Where does a
15 1/2 year old get off thinking
his ONE idea is worth a $100,
and then I got it. He could teach
me a thing or two!!
So I said to him. 'You think your
idea is worth $100, why?' His
response was amazing he said 'because
you asked ME. AND you liked my
answer, so why not pay me? My
idea is worth WAY MORE than $100,
it's a bargain!'
I laughed and laughed so loud that
he was almost embarrassed. I share
this story for a NUMBER of reasons,
but the major reason is.......
What are YOUR ideas worth?
You're worth far more than you can
possibly imagine. You have the
answers that another fellow human
being NEEDS and desires. What are

have a teenage son. His name
is Derrick and he will be 16
this November. He's a sophomore
this year and if you can
remember back to that age, not
only will you appreciate this
story, but there is MUCH to
learn from.
Another fact you may not know is
that I'm a single parent and have
been all of Derrick's life. So
it's always been him and I ;-)
You may also find it almost
unbelievable that I find parenting
to be one of the EASIEST
experiences ever!!
Now that he is getting older he
is quite interested in my business
and ESPECIALLY about making
money. As you can imagine we
spend a lot of time together and I
always enjoy our conversations,
especially when we go out to eat.
Well a few weeks back we were
out to dinner and chatting as always.
He asked me what was new with
business and I began to share.
He offered a few suggestions (some
of which were QUITE good) and then
we proceeded to order dessert.
Still chatting I mentioned how
I liked one of his ideas. He
smiled, put out his hand and said
'that idea is worth $100'. I was
stunned......... Where does a
15 1/2 year old get off thinking
his ONE idea is worth a $100,
and then I got it. He could teach
me a thing or two!!
So I said to him. 'You think your
idea is worth $100, why?' His
response was amazing he said 'because
you asked ME. AND you liked my
answer, so why not pay me? My
idea is worth WAY MORE than $100,
it's a bargain!'
I laughed and laughed so loud that
he was almost embarrassed. I share
this story for a NUMBER of reasons,
but the major reason is.......
What are YOUR ideas worth?
You're worth far more than you can
possibly imagine. You have the
answers that another fellow human
being NEEDS and desires. What are
you waiting for?
Can you imagine what you would
achieve if you had the belief that
your ideas were all worth at least
$100?
Can you imagine what you would
achieve if you BELIEVED that you
were WORTHY of $100 for every
idea that you thought?

The answer is your BELIEFS. You
have beliefs about what money is
and how you attract it, but what if
those beliefs are WRONG?
