If I can do it, YOU can do it. Coaching Lesson #2.

Let me be COMPLETELY clear
with you about something.
I know there are MANY gurus
out there who SAY they've
had challenges and the SAY
they know what it's like to
be where you are but I can
PROMISE you I KNOW what it's
like.

Let me give you just a FEW
of my life challenges AND
how I've overcome them and
then I'll ask you a few
questions a little later on.

This email is designed to
give you some DEEP coaching
if in fact you let it. Keep
an open mind while you read
and LISTEN to the story you
begin to HEAR within you.

See if you can relate to ANY
of these experiences.

- I was the oldest.

Although I have only one younger
sister, I can whole heartedly
tell you I was training ground
for my parents 101 course.

I was the one who got smacked.
I was the one who got blamed.
I was the one who SHOULD have
know better.
I was the one who SHOULD have
set a better example.
I was the one who was bigger.
I was the one who SHOULD have
looked out for her.

ANY of these sound familiar?
Well if you were me and you
heard it HALF as much as I
did then you could have
PREDICTED that I would be
pregnant BEFORE I entered
college.

- I was a SINGLE mother BEFORE
college.

It seemed that I was the
burden queen. The more I could
take on, the stronger I would
be. Not only was a young mother,
but I manifested being a SINGLE
mother. Not only was I a single
mother but to this day I have
NEVER received even ONE dollar
from my son's father. So....
100% of the financial
responsibility is mine too!

Do you see a pattern?

No help.
No support.
No ease.
TONS of struggle.
TONS of uphill battles.
TONS of worrisome nights.

Does ANY of this sound familiar?

Of course I didn't SEE what I was
doing to myself till YEARS later.

Here's where the REAL coaching
comes in...

Although I wasn't conscious of
this knowing at the times in
these examples I DECIDED what
it all meant. I decided what
being a 'single' mom meant to
ME in the early 90's.

I decided if it meant no other
man would never want me with a
kid, or if it meant that I was
a cheap slut who SHOULD have
known better. Instead I chose it
to mean that for some UNKNOWN
BLESSING my son chose ME and
felt he could learn something
about life from ME and felt MY
experience could mold him in
some POSITIVE way.

I can honestly tell you he is
my VERY BEST FRIEND. He's one
of my biggest teachers and is
the BEST mirror one could EVER
hope for. From day one I have
always said 'He was never planned,
but ALWAYS wanted'. I can't
imagine life without him. My
point is that what sometimes
looks like an insurmountable
life experience is REALLY A
BLESSING IN DISGUISE.

I now see my life as my gift to
share. I see the universe's
benevolence in trying to TEACH me.
I see that there ALWAYS IS an easier
more freeing path if I CHOOSE it.

But the key phrase is... IF I
CHOOSE IT.

No one can do it for you. I WILL
show you how whatever you're
going through RIGHT NOW has magic
and miracles within it. I WILL
show you how to move through your
challenges quicker and with less
emotional bruising and suffering.

What YOU need to do is commit to
a life overhaul and commit to
CHOOSING what it ALL means. Take
back your power and harness it
for GOOD in your life. You deserve
