How to give up what you DON'T want...an experiment

Hello There!

As the subject line said I'm going to
guide you on how to give up what you
DON'T want.

It involves breaking 5 habits, but
I'll be honest they're 5 habits you DO
CONSTANTLY. Because of this, you may
find them a bit difficult to let go
of AT FIRST.

The key with these 5 habits is to let
go of them COMPLETELY. When you
discontinue using them your whole life
will change and rather quickly.

I encourage you to erase them from
your conscious mind for a FULL 21 days.
If you slip (and you will at first) you
are to restart your 21 day clock again.
So this means that if you're on day 18
and you slip, you then restart the next
day on day one. Makes sense right?

Here are the 5 habits you're going to
STOP USING effective immediately:

1) NO Gossip (includes magazines & TV)

2) NO Complaining (to yourself or others)

3) NO Criticizing (of yourself or others)

4) NO Negative Language

5) NO Bitching


Read this list a few times. Be honest
and ask yourself what percentage of
your CURRENT day you think you do
ANY of the above?

Let's experiment and set the intention
that for a FULL 21 days you're going
to give up these 5 habits. Two things
are guaranteed to happen.

1) You're going to see just how HARD
this is.....which means you're working
AGAINST yourself more than you know
and NOW YOU'LL KNOW.

2) You're going to experience how much
more time you have to dwell on what
you DO WANT....which means you're
going to gain DELIBERATE CONTROL
of your mind and thoughts.

ONLY good can come of this experiment.
There is NO DOWNSIDE what-so-ever. I
encourage you to begin immediately. If for
ANY reason you're feeling resistance to
breaking any of these habits, notice that too!
