Hi There!
My actual birthday is this Friday
July 10th, however what I'm writing
about is SO important for you to
both read and HEAR that I will be
sending this message out more than
once.
It started a few months back if I'm
honest, all I can describe it as was
an 'incomplete' or 'unsettling' type
of feeling. Nothing really wrong but
nothing really right either.
Have you ever felt that way?
After a bit of soul searching I came
to a few conclusions.....
1) I didn't feel that my business
was 100% in alignment with where I'm
going and what I'm here to do
2) I didn't feel I was working with
100% ideal clients
3) I had lost my TRUE desires of why
I started and OWN a business
It's AMAZING the power of whom you
associate with. They can affect
you on MANY levels and without your
even knowing it in some cases. As
was the case with me.
EVEN knowing what I know and as deep
as I know it, I too went unconscious
when it came to my business. Without
even realizing it I strayed from what
I REALLY wanted in an effort to to
TRY and please a larger audience.
Has this ever happened to you?
I was pulled in the direction of
scarcity filled headlines, long copy,
conversion rates, and let me just
quickly say NONE of it felt good.
This can be called the 'Keep up with
Jone's' mentality. You know, adult
peer pressure.
I got the larger audience but it
WASN'T what I wanted and I wasn't
happy. It's a beautiful thing
'Contrast'. When you get your story
out of the way, life DOES show you
EXACTLY where you are. The key is
to stay awake long enough to notice,
(this is where I come in).
And then secondly to be courageous
enough to get REAL with yourself
about what you REALLY want and then
NOT settling for less than that, NO
MATTER WHAT. If you settle for an 8,
the universe WON'T send you a 10,
it CAN'T!
Well THIS was a lesson that thank-
fully the universe in ALL of it's
wisdom, has made me walk. After
looking at what I had created in my
business I KNEW I needed to make
some changes. It just so happened
that this is ALL coming about on the
heels of my birthday and so I began
to think.......
What if I ALLOWED myself the level
10 business I REALLY want for my
birthday. :-)
Immediately the ideas began to

Are you ready for NEW outcomes?
Hello There!
I receive hundreds of emails a week
from clients all over the world. I
have noticed an unusual amount of
worry and concern coming from a lot
of these emails and wanted to address
it.
This message is for you if you are
feeling doubt, fear or worry right
now. If so, keep reading and be sure
to read it a few times for greater
understanding and insights.
I want you to bring to mind the area
in your life where you are currently
experiencing the MOST struggle.
If I were to coach you and ask you
why you THINK you're not experiencing
the results and success you desire, in
this ONE area what would you say?
What's your theory as to why you
haven't hit your stride? When asked
by friends, family or colleagues how things
are going in this area what do you say?
Better yet what and how do you FEEL?
The above questions will give you a
quick look at your 'story'.
A 'story' is a narration of the events in the
life of a person or the existence of a thing.
Notice that the above definition does
NOT imply whether the 'story' is true
or false. Your story is merely YOUR
narration of how things are going.
You can change your story at ANY time.
It may not seem like you can change
your story, but in reality you are the
ONLY one who can.
You must realize that EVERYTHING you
do is out of habit. How you shower
in the morning, get dressed, drive,
work (or not work), talk, complain,
succeed, fail, everything.
AND everything begins with CHOICE.
Whether or not is seems like it, we
choose our story. We choose what it
means to us AND we choose how it will
or Won't affect us.
The only way to get different (more
improved) results is to choose different
beliefs and expectations. You may be
saying to yourself 'I AM choosing
differently but nothings happening'!!
I promise you that when you make
the decision the how WILL appear.
If you aren't experiencing the results
you desire you truly haven't chosen
to allow the success in.
Now I can assure you that improved
experiences and results won't magically
occur UNTIL you have a story that is in
alignment or matches.
So are you ready to CHOOSE a new story?
Are you ready to open up a new path
that's easy and fun and exciting? After all,
change begins with YOU!

It's SOOO GOOD that I'm going

It's ONLY one line.
I want you to read it over and
over again. I want you to
print it on a paper and hang it
near your computer for you to
SEE everyday. Put a sticky note
on your car dash board with this
one message. Write it on your
fridge and LOOK at it daily.
Here is my aha for today.........
NOTHING HAPPENS WITHOUT
MY CONSENT.
Nothing. Not a thing. You control it
all. The good, the bad and the ugly,
YOU created it, YOU continue to
observe it and YOU decide what it
all means!
I think an equally deep question is....
- Do you know WHY you've created
the life you have?
- Do you know WHY you struggle in
the same areas again and again?
- Do you know WHY you have the
relationships (or lack of relationships)
you do?
- Do you know WHY money comes and
then GOES in even bigger quantities?
The short answer is because that's what
you BELIEVE AND EXPECT. Want a
change? Are you ready for BIG things?

Do you know the power of your emotions?
Hi There!
I hope this note finds you incredibly
happy :-)
I want to ask you something VERY
important.......Think about your answer.
Do you know the power your emotions
hold? Do you know that it's your
feelings that get the blessing in life?
It's true!
How you FEEL is incredibly important.
If you're feeling depressed, fearful,
poor, panicky, stressed or even fatigued
those emotions attract MORE OF WHAT IS.
The key to ALL of my teachings is to
get happy. And to figure out EXACTLY
what the story is you keep telling your-
self that's KEEPING you from being happy.
Notice how babies and children are NOT
stressed. We learn how to be stressed.
We learn how to be fearful. We learn
how to be poor and lack filled. These
are also things we can UNLEARN.
I want you to picture a screaming two
year old. A VERY upset, laying on the
floor, tears running down her face two
year old.
Now imagine her asking for something
while having her melt down. Imagine
her asking you for a new outfit as she
screams and kicks and cries.
How likely are you to want to help
this two year old get what she wants?
Not very!!
Now think about YOU for a moment. Be
honest and think about how you've
been acting and FEELING lately.
Have you been happy smiling, laughing
and EXPECTING good things to come your
way OR have you been acting more like
the screaming two year old?
If YOU were the Universe would you be
sending what you wanted your way?
Probably not!
So to get the Universe to cooperate
with you, YOU have to be on NEW feeling
channel. And depending on how long
you've been listening to your current
station, you may have some reservations
about changing.

The problem with 'telling it like it is' & you're doing it ALL day long!
There IS a problem with telling it
like it is, do you know what it is?
It's attention!
If you're telling it like it is and
you don't like what is, then your
attention, energy and focus is on
what you DON'T want. So what is
changes VERY, VERY slowly, I'm sure
you've noticed...
As you were growing up I'm positive
your parents would say something
along the lines of 'don't tell me
a story, tell me the TRUTH.' You
hear that enough times and you
begin to believe more in the 'truth'
then in your story of how you WANT
it to be, and this is where it ALL
GOES WRONG.
You have to tell a NEW story. A
story of how you WANT it to be,
NOT the way it IS. Then you must
tell that story enough times that YOU
believe it. When you believe it,
you'll receive it and not a moment
sooner.
You may think it's your clients you
need to convince or your boss or
your spouse, but the REAL one who
needs convincing is YOU. Your
beliefs control EVERYTHING.
Now I'm not saying it's the easiest
thing in the world to change a belief.
But it IS POSSIBLE. A belief is
nothing more than a thought or story
you keep telling yourself over and
over and over again.
So how do you change a belief you
ask? One thought at a time. The
EASIEST way to 'reset' things is to
learn how to live in the NOW. The
present moment is a VERY magical
moment. All things are possible, the
answers you seek are there and ALL
of your power for creation lies in the
present moment.

Inside: the CURE for your case of 'what-is-itis'
So I have a question for you.
Think about it VERY carefully
before you answer. This ONE

How quickly do you MOVE
TOWARD what you desire/want?
1) I wait until conditions are
perfect - still waiting to
move, I know it will be soon.

giving AWAY to anyone and anything
