up with Mr./Mrs. Right?
If you're on the 'life is hard' channel
how is it you convince yourself that
your good SHOULD be coming to you
anyway? How is it that you STILL
get upset, frustrated and angry that
life is so hard on you, when that's
what YOU EXPECT, talk about and
visualize ALL DAY LONG?
The year is almost half over. It's
time to wake up! It's time to
understand your role in this illusion
called life. It's time to reclaim the
power you've been giving AWAY to
anyone and anything that will take
it. No more blaming, no more
suffering, no more stiff necks, no
more frustration and no more of it

The lesson I learned from a pizza promotion. Read this! =)
Hi There!
It's true! I had one of my biggest
aha's in about two years this past
weekend. It was SO big that I had
to share it with you.
It began about two weeks ago when
I visited my local Marco's Pizza.
Upon entering they had a HUGE sign
that said 'join our email list'
to receive coupons/special offers.
I signed up, much like you did to
my email list at some point from
some where ;-)
Well......A week later I received
a welcome email and then on Saturday
I received my first promotional email
(OF MANY). It gave me a number of
options and a number of special
discounts ONLY available to email
subscribers and ONLY available for
a few days.
My light went off instantly!
There was NO option for FREE pizza
or to trial the pizza before I bought
it, or to invest by the slice. They
gave me a discount to TRY it, but I
too had to engage in a relationship
with them (by purchasing the pizza).
It's an important point because I
feel there has been a HUGE disservice
done to the term 'email marketing'.
Or maybe an even better term is
'Internet Marketing', I'm SURE you've
heard of it.
Here's my BIG point.....
There seems to be a wide spread
mindset that if you market a business
via email or via the internet that it's
LESS VALUABLE than other types of
businesses. It seems that subscribers
EXPECT FREE services, FREE trials, FREE
teleclasses and FREE downloads.
Why?
As in my example with my pizza place,
YES, I got a discount but I had to BUY
the pizza, we BOTH had something
invested. THIS is commerce.
Here's my BIGGER point.....
IF Marco's doesn't get me to try their
pizza we have NO RELATIONSHIP. There
is essentially NOTHING TO LOSE. The
way they stay in business long term, is if
individuals like me, try their pizza, like
it and then continue to buy it. Also,
they have to have GOOD service and
GOOD pizza to keep the business, but
again THIS is commerce.
So their emails entice me to TRY what
they have to offer.... to start a
relationship. And like you, if I'm no
longer interested in their pizza, I can
unsubscribe. It's the same principle
with weekly coupons in the newspaper,
the weekly ads for home goods, coupon
val-packs, etc. They want you to TRY
what they have to offer, so you can make
a decision about it.
Makes sense right.....

Depending where you are currently
on your path to consciousness you
may or may not believe those words
or even be ready to hear them. But
if you are keep reading........
Words DON'T teach, life experience
teaches. But it can only teach if
you LEARN from it. Have you noticed

life that you seem to keep repeating?
You can't seem to get past the
hurdles and break free. THOSE are
the very areas you have yet to learn

Do you know the power of your emotions?
Hi There!
I hope this note finds you incredibly
happy :-)
I want to ask you something VERY
important.......Think about your answer.
Do you know the power your emotions
hold? Do you know that it's your
feelings that get the blessing in life?
It's true!
How you FEEL is incredibly important.
If you're feeling depressed, fearful,
poor, panicky, doubtful, stressed or
even fatigued those emotions attract
MORE OF WHAT IS.
The key to ALL of my teachings is to
get happy. And to figure out EXACTLY
what the story is you keep telling your-
self that's KEEPING you from being
happy.
Notice how babies and children are NOT
stressed. We learn how to be stressed.
We learn how to be fearful. We learn
how to be poor and lack filled. These
are also things we can UNLEARN.
I want you to picture a screaming two
year old. A VERY upset, laying on the
floor, tears running down her face two
year old.
Now imagine her asking for something
while having her melt down. Imagine
her asking you for a new outfit as she
screams and kicks and cries. Imagine
her wining and being sassy and flippant
and not willing to listen to a word you
have to say.
How likely are you to want to help this
two year old get what she wants?
Not very!!
Now think about YOU for a moment. Be
honest and think about how you've
been acting and FEELING lately.
Have you been happy smiling, laughing
and EXPECTING good things to come your
way OR have you been acting more like
the screaming sassy two year old?
If YOU were the Universe would you be
sending what you wanted your way?
Probably not!
So to get the Universe to cooperate
with you, YOU have to be on NEW feeling
channel. And depending on how long
you've been listening to your current

Are You Open and READY To Receive? You think so?
Be honest, you may not love the results
you're getting but are you READY to
change them? Are you ready, right now
this moment, to RECEIVE what it is you've

Earlier last evening I was a friends
house. As luck would have it, it
was time for me to meet a new
acquaintance. I found it interesting
when my friend introduced me and said
'This is Shelby, be careful, she can
read your mind.' He then followed up
by saying 'She knows so much and
you say so little.'
I chuckled, winked and said 'Hello',
but It's TRUE!!......
Have you ever noticed that you can
PREDICT how those close to you will
react to certain situations and events?
Have you ever noticed that you KNOW
those close to you well enough that you
could even order food for them off a
menu?
Why is that?
The answer is because you've observed
them again and again in different
situations and the way people think
and act typically doesn't change.
Repeat: the way people think and act
typically doesn't change.
If it did, you wouldn't be able to
guess how your loved ones would act,
let alone predict. Statistics show
that over 90 percent of what you do
is habitual. This means that ONLY
10% of what you do on a daily basis
are you actually CHOOSING. This is
why you're not getting what you want.
The majority of your mental conversation
is happening unconsciously, without
your 'NOW' participation. This is where
your trouble lies.
Up until this point I'm going to make
a guess that you've been trying to RID
yourself of your problems.
You want to get out of debt, lose weight,
de-stress your life, start over, etc.
The problem with this angle of thinking,
whether you know it or not, is you're
staring your problem right in the eye!
And the more you stare, the bigger your
problem gets.
Have you noticed?
Why.... Because it's an ALL-INCLUSIVE
universe, which means, if you're thinking it,
you're going to get it. PERIOD.
The key then becomes to train your mind
to think about what you want. To
daydream movies with HAPPY endings. To
visualize Plan A and ONLY Plan A. To
WATCH the negative thoughts and replace
them quickly with thoughts that serve
you instead.
Now I'm NOT saying it's the easiest
thing in the world to change your mindset,
but neither is driving, raising children,
loving family unconditionally or even
cooking and somehow we manage. It's a
matter of belief.

The problem with 'telling it like it is' & you're doing it ALL day long!
Hi There,
There IS a problem with telling it like
it is, do you know what it is?
It's attention!
If you're telling it like it is and
you don't like what is, then your
attention, energy and focus is on
what you DON'T want. So what is
changes VERY, VERY slowly, I'm sure
you've noticed...;-)
As you were growing up I'm positive
your parents would say something
along the lines of 'don't tell me
a story, tell me the TRUTH.' You
hear that enough times and you
begin to believe more in the 'truth'
then in your story of how you WANT
it to be, and this is where it ALL
GOES WRONG.
You have to tell a NEW story. A
story of how you WANT it to be,
NOT the way it IS. Then you must
tell that story enough times that YOU
believe it. When you believe it,
you'll receive it and not a moment
sooner.
You may think it's your clients you
need to convince or your boss or
your spouse, but the REAL one who
needs convincing is YOU. Your
beliefs control EVERYTHING.
Now I'm not saying it's the easiest
thing in the world to change a belief.
But it IS POSSIBLE. A belief is
nothing more than a thought or story
you keep telling yourself over and
over and over again.
So how do you change a belief you
ask? One thought at a time. The
EASIEST way to 'reset' things is to
learn how to live in the NOW. The
present moment is a VERY magical
moment. All things are possible, the
answers you seek are there and ALL
of your power for creation lies in the
present moment.

A lesson in patience and intention. =) Read This!!
Hi There!
I've had a HUGE breakthrough and
I had to share it!! :-) It's a GREAT
lesson for what patience and having
an intention can do.
It's a long story but I'll make it
short........ ;-)
MANY years ago (a little over 5)
before I knew what I now know about
the internet, I began leasing (for lack
of a better term) a website from a
company, and they began hosting
what was then called my "Mind Powers"
Program.
Well....
As my program grew in popularity I
had 'issues' accessing my information
which was hosted on their servers and
getting ANY type of response from
the company was nearly impossible.
At the end of last year I ended my
five year Mind Powers Program.
Unfortunately at that time, I also had
to say farewell to over five years worth
of audios including calls, Q&A sessions
and interviews and decided that I would
let karma handle the hosting company
and what I did next. well........
I'm beyond THRILLED to say that
TODAY I again have access to this
treasure trove!!!! WOOOO HOOOO :-)

I've had a HUGE breakthrough and

Now's a time for Newness, Growth & Renewal. So I'm.......

I was sitting on my coach this morning
looking out my windows noticing all
the new growth on the trees, hearing

OK like I said I don't usually

I want you read the following
statement and really think about
what is says and how it makes
you feel as you read it. Here it
is......
Instead of focusing on what you're
doing, shift your approach and
pay more attention to the state
from which you're doing it.
Think about it for a moment.
You see in this huge cosmic
universe it doesn't matter WHAT
you are doing at all, even though
MANY of us think it does. Instead
what truly matters is the 'feeling'
from which you're doing it.
So taking action while feeling
frustration, anger, fear, lack or
not enoughness can only bring
more lack and negative result.
Even if the action is 'good action'.
Why????? Because it's your
FEELING that gets the blessing
from the universe as you take the
action, NOT the action itself.
This is the power of resonance.

Instead of focusing on what you're

pay more attention to the state
from which you're doing it.

you are doing at all, even though
MANY of us think it does. Instead
what truly matters is the 'feeling'
from which you're doing it.
So taking action while feeling
frustration, anger, fear, lack or
not enoughness can only bring
more lack and negative result.
Even if the action is 'good action'.
Why????? Because it's your
FEELING that gets the blessing
from the universe as you take the
action, NOT the action itself.
This is the power of resonance.

I Re-Started My ECourse & Was Blown Away!
It's true!
I receive hundreds of emails and
letters a week and I read EVERY
single one. Well quite a few of
my recent letters and emails have
inspired me.
Like everyone else I fall into OLD
habits of using a great program
one maybe two times and that's
it. I get results, am happy about
them, but I don't CONTINUE to
use the program and SEE what

Ready to feel in complete control of what & who shows up?

Life is NOT about trying to un-do what
has happened or to right any wrongs, but
