It's Been a While....LOTS to Share.

Hi There!

If you're new to my community
WELCOME. I'm so glad you're
here. So much to say, so little
time ;-)

If you've heard me talk about
results then you know what they
reflect.....What you BELIEVE.

Your results are a direct
reflection of what you believe
and expect. You therefore can
NOT change what you experience
UNTIL you change your beliefs
and expectations. Makes sense
right?

I'm a teacher and student of
EVERYTHING I teach. I honestly
speak from complete integrity
when say that 'I walk my talk'. I
too do this self reflective work
regularly. In fact, this past
weekend I was doing just that
and came to some HUGE revelations
in my own business. Some of which,
might affect YOU! I have decided
to change quite a few things....

The more you can align your every-
day life in a way that makes you
FEEL marvelous, the better life
gets. So I ask you 'why wouldn't
you arrange EVERY aspect of your
life so that you're doing things
that you truly enjoy and WANT to
do?'

Well that's exactly what I've
decided to do for MYSELF. I combed
my website, my offerings and my
programs and I'm changing just about
EVERYTHING in some form or fashion.
Some programs are going away forever,
(monthly email support already gone),
some will be combined together and
almost ALL prices will be changing.

I am also working on NEW projects
and programs, but they won't be
announced until next year.

NOW is the time to get clear about what
you REALLY want. Not what some
else told you, you should want. Not what
your parents told you, you should want,
but what YOU really want. I can't stress
it enough....When you do something you
really don't want to do, you sabotage
yourself. It's like you're working against
yourself. You're literally forcing yourself
to do something you don't want to do. As
a result, NOTHING good can come from
that.

Are there areas you are settling in? Maybe
it's your finances? Your relationships?
Your career? Your support? Your weight?
Your health? YOU need to change what
you believe and what you're willing to accept
AND expect BEFORE your life will change.
Bringing this example back to myself, I'm
changing how I do business. I'm choosing to
do things I LOVE and nothing else.

The universe likes speed. It likes to KNOW
you're READY to receive what you've asked
for. The sooner you ACT the sooner it will
deliver. As such, ALL my program changes,
deletions and price increases will take place
on October 1st. So what does that mean for

It's What’s Inside - Article

I want you to picture an orange.
You know the fruit that you find
at every fruit stand no matter
what time of year.

Now I want you to imagine me
cutting the orange in half and
squeezing that orange. What do
you suppose is going to come out?

Answer.....Orange juice.

Why.....Because that's what’s inside

Now I want you to picture you. I
want you to imagine you under a lot
of stress. I want you to remember
a day when it seemed that EVERYTHING
was going wrong. When you are
stressed and life happens to you,
and you become angry, frustrated,
tearful, fearful, worried, etc. it
has NOTHING to do with what did
the squeezing, that what's inside
of YOU.

You can act out anger, fear, worry,
doubt or frustration if it wasn't
in you. Much like the orange when
you get squeezed, what comes out
is what's inside.

And another important point to note
is that is DOESN'T MATTER who or
what does the squeezing. Back to
our orange example, if I fly to the
Bahamas and squeeze the orange, juice
would still come out. If I gave it
to the concierge and he squeezed the
orange, juice would come out too,
because that's what’s inside.

Whatever you are experiencing is
because of what's INSIDE of you.
Change what's inside you and no
matter who or what does the
squeezing you'll be able to handle
it. Our journey is NOT about trying
to make life easier on us, but in
making US able to handle more of
life.

How Do You Feel About Cold Hard Cash?

The Power of PERSISTENCE
I find that sometimes it is our own
ability to stick with it and push
through, and NOT give up that truly
makes one successful.

What is the definition of persistence?

'The act of persisting or persevering;
continuing or repeating behavior.'

Do you practice persistence each and
EVERY day? Not matter WHAT results
you see at the moment?

Do you let the small things crush your
spirits and so you are paralyzed from
forward movement?

The universe rewards people that are
persistent differently than people who
give up easily. It rewards those who
KNOW and TRUST that no matter what
they 'see' at the moment, what they
desire is on the way to them.

Do you know anyone that retreats
quickly when problems arise? Is it
you?

Life is a continuous journey of
unexpected events. There will be ups
and there will definitely be downs.
The important thing to remember is
that you MUST persist no matter what.

Determination and persistence will
be the qualities that make or break
you in the long term.

I view problems or setbacks as
interesting opportunities to grow.
No matter what is happening I affirm
'I'll handle it'. I trust that because
it is happening there is some learning
in it for me. I will be a BETTER
person for this experience, no matter
what!

There is ALWAYS and positive and a
negative to take away from all of
life's experiences. But the quality
of your persistence will ultimately
determine if you are cut out for
success. Success comes to those
that are READY and willing to accept
it.

Are you READY to accept success?

Do you KNOW that you can handle the
ups and downs and keep on keeping on,
when others would retreat?

I promise that if you work on yourself
on the inside and have the mentality to
NEVER give up and to persist no matter
what the setback, success will be yours.

Most of us give up, when if we had just
kept going, we would of broken through.

life or career, I believe if you ARE
persistence you can and WILL accomplish
whatever you put your mind to.

Article 'What Does Desire Mean?'
I really felt compelled to talk about
the CLEAR meaning of desire. So many
of you discount that fact that you
even have desires and yet desires are
the 'keys' to what you seek.

Think about this.....

The universe does NOT give you a desire
with out also giving you the ability
to achieve what you desire.

Read that again.....

The universe does NOT give you a desire
with out also giving you the ability
to achieve what you desire.

So what you desire is a CLUE or a
key from the universe which opens up
ALL that you've been asking for. Which
means....that if you desire something,
you're MEANT to experience it. Period.
It means you've been giving the necessary
skills, the path HAS been cleared for you.

It doesn't mean it's something you're
supposed to long for or wish for, or
hope for, but rather you're meant to
EXPERIENCE it. Not from the side lines
but as the STAR of the show.
Today's message is to claim those
desires. Smile and bask in the
thoughts that you're MEANT to have all
that you've ever wanted and that TODAY
is the day you claim it. Remember....
when you make the decision, the HOW
will appear.

So you may want to think of it another
way. Think of it like this....

What you desire ALSO desire you ;-)

You're the missing piece and if you
don't move confidently in the direction
of your dreams you're keeping others
from their dreams. Now if you feel
ANY resistance to what I've written
and the negative self talk kicks in
with 'yeah right, never happened before,
too easy, this is nonsense' this is
your beliefs coming to the surface.

This is the Doubting Thomas that
you're carrying and you get to CHOOSE
if you keep carrying him. I will
show you how to peel those beliefs
back like an onion and pick and
choose what works for you NOW.

Article - Emotions Are The Key
Emotions are the key to your success
OR your failure. So what exactly is
an emotion you ask?

Emotions are Energy in Motion.

Seems pretty simple. Energy in
motion. BUT.....

Most of us don't feel our emotions
on a regular basis if even EVER.
Somewhere along the path of life,
we picked up that our emotions and
our feelings are bad and are to be
avoided at all costs.

Nothing can be further from the truth!

Your emotions and feelings are your
personal guide to the FAST path of
success. Believe it or not, the more
you tune in and FEEL your emotions
the easier life will get.

So why aren't you tapping in and feeling
your emotions and feelings on a regular
basis and making life easy on yourself?

Why are you making it so hard?

Why do you repeat affirmations and turn
a blind eye to what is NOT going well
as apposed to FEELING how it's not going
well?

Why do you continually have the SAME
problems, frustrations and set backs
month after month, year after year,
day after day?

Why?

Because your NOT feeling your emotions.

You're not feeling what's really going
on. Why? Because you're afraid to feel
the feelings of defeat, being poor, being
a failure, being lost, being unloved,
being incapable, being a loser, etc.

However.....

What we don't Feel, we experience in life.

Read that again!!

What we don't Feel, we experience in life.

Plain and simple. If you're experiencing
something in your life right now that you

- relationship problems

- weight problems

it's because you're NOT feeling the feelings
FIRST. The emotion IS coming up, but you're
stuffing it back down. Trying with ALL
your might, NOT to feel the feelings.

There is good news of course. Learn how
to feel your feelings and life will get
easier. It's true! FEEL the feelings, and
You will no longer have to experience these
feelings.

You can learn to cut them off at the pass!

We are here on planet earth to experience
life. ALL that it has to offer. Both
good and bad, happy and sad. The key to
making life fabulous is to FEEL it.

Feel all that it has to offer. I will show

Words Dont Teach, Life Experience Teaches......

Good afternoon!

I read about 5-7 books a week.
It's funny....When I was employed
by Corporate America I can
remember HATING reading. I
thought it was sooo boring and
felt it didn't do any good UNTIL
I found something that I was
extremely passionate and interested
in.......

Universal principles and spirituality

There is something about getting
ANOTHER way of looking at life,
another viewpoint, another concept
to ponder that REALLY gets my mind
juices going. And the bonus is that
all of my research, benefits ALL whom
I teach, interact and commune with.

Well Abraham Maslow said something
so profound, SO clear, that I had to
share it with you. He said:


'What is necessary to change a
person is to change his awareness
of himself.'

- Abraham Maslow


This is where the subject of my
email comes in. Words DON'T teach.
I can tell you that swimming is
fabulous. I can tell you that it's
great exercise, you feel like you're
floating and weightless, but UNTIL
you experience it for yourself, you
really don't know what it's like.
You really can't fully comprehend
what I'm talking about when I talk
about swimming.

The same is true with EVERYTHING
that happens in your life.

I can tell you what it's like to
make $75,000 in one day, I can
tell you what it's like to be a
single parent, but UNLESS you
experience it yourself you can
only pretend to know.

Are you sick of pretending
to know?

Life IS teaching you all that
you need to make the next step.
You ARE living in the school
called life. My question is.....

Are you still repeating the
same courses (problems) again
and again? If so, you haven't
EXPERIENCED the teaching. You
have NOT learned from the teaching
yet, hence why you keep repeating
the course. You are the ONLY one
who can pass this course for you.

In all of my reading, and I can
tell you, you would almost not
believe how many hundreds of books
I've read, they ALL say the same
thing.

In EVERY struggle, setback and
frustration (or so called failure)
there IS a lesson. A lesson that
if we would only LEARN it would
BENEFIT us in unimagined ways.
This is where I come in.

Today is the day to LEARN that
lesson. To get a new viewpoint
on what life is trying to show you
in the most loving way possible.
If you find that you're at the
absolute bottom of the barrel,
and I can tell you I TOO HAVE
BEEN THERE, it's good news.

The only way out is UP!

I will not only show you how to
learn from your failures, but
how to see the BENEFIT in all of
them. And if you can SEE the
positive out of something you've
always thought was negative,

A Lesson You Can Learn From My Son.

You may or may not know that I
have a teenage son. His name
is Derrick and he will be 16
this November. He's going to be
a sophomore this year and if you
can remember back to that age,
not only will you appreciate
this story, but there is MUCH to
learn from.

Another fact you may not know is
that I'm a single parent and have
been all of Derrick's life. So
it's always been him and I ;-)
You may also find it almost
unbelievable that I find parenting
to be one of the EASIEST experiences
ever!!

Now that he is getting older he
is quite interested in my business
and ESPECIALLY about making money.
As you can imagine we spend a lot
of time together and I always enjoy
our conversations, especially when
we go out to eat.

Well a few weeks back we were out
to dinner and chatting as always.
He asked me what was new with
business and I began to share.
He offered a few suggestions (some
of which were QUITE good) and then
we proceeded to order dessert.

Still chatting I mentioned how
I liked one of his ideas. He
smiled, put out his hand and said
'that idea is worth $100'. I was
stunned......... Where does a
15 1/2 year old get off thinking
his ONE idea is worth a $100, and
then I got it. He could teach me
a thing or two!!

So I said to him. 'You think your
idea is worth $100, why?' His
response was amazing he said 'because
you asked ME. AND you liked my
answer, so why not pay me? My
idea is worth WAY MORE than $100,
it's a bargain!'

I laughed and laughed so loud that
he was almost embarrassed. I share
this story for a NUMBER of reasons,
but the major reason is.......

What are YOUR ideas worth?

A Short Thought To Think About!

in some way and really make
you think.

I came across this lovely and
felt compelled to send it to
YOU. This is a personal message
that you need to hear today.

Sometimes the ONLY way you know
what you are made of is when you
come across obstacles AND surpass
them. I remember another quote
that's perfect. I can't remember
it word for word or who wrote it
but here it is:

'Don't wish life were easier;
wish you could handle more.'

It may have been Jim Rohn but
one things for sure. Don't pray
that life gets easier, pray that
you WILL handle ANYTHING that
happens with ease. I teach in
my Mind Powers program that all
suffering is self induced.
YOU are the ONLY one who can
make you suffer. Suffering is a
form of mental abuse upon one's
self. Interesting isn't it?

You probably hadn't thought
about suffering like that before.
I bet there's a lot that you
could look at differently, so
why don't you?

What Does Spirituality Have to Do With Success?

Nothing teaches like life experience.
There are NO words that can explain
something better than actually
experiencing it for yourself.

Here is a true life story that
recently happened to me.

I live in a gated community and
we have many community features.
One of my favorite features is
our glorious, huge, delightful
hot tub. Nothing can clear my
mind faster than the sound of
water and soaking my cares AWAY.

Well....I was soaking my stress
away and a fellow neighbor comes
to join me in the hot tub. He
enters and really wants to talk
rather than relax and begins a
very nice conversation with me.
Our careers come up rather quickly
and he asks me the very general
'What do you do for a living?'.
I chuckle and explain that I'm a
Mindset Expert and Spiritual Teacher.
A glazed look comes over his face.

'What is that he asks?' I explain
that I teach people how to align
their thoughts, feelings and beliefs
with what they WANT, rather than
what they don't want. He nods as
if to say he totally understands.
We talk a few moments more back and
forth. He then sits quietly as he
ponders his next question and then
he says.....

'What does Spirituality have to do
with success?'

I couldn't believe it. I was some-
what shocked by the question.
Visually I did NOT let on that I was
dumbfounded by his question but I
thought.....'This is a question that
others must have'.

Well I said.... EVERYTHING!

There is absolutely NOTHING that you
can attract, experience or own that
you don't manifest on the spiritual
plane FIRST. Even though you were
not taught how to manifest as a child,
you ARE doing it, quite well actually.

But the fact of the matter is that
to get DIFFERENT results in ANY area
of your life, you must change, grow
or increase your beliefs of what is
possible.

NOW more than ever you need to pull
out of the drama, hysteria and fear
that the society at large is talking,
showing and continually bringing to
your attention.

Spirituality is the basis of ALL
creation. Increase your personal
awareness, own your thoughts and
examine your beliefs and your life
CAN NOT NOT change! Whether
you want more money, to lose weight,
to rid yourself of a disease, to attract
more business, to find your soul mate,
NO MATTER WHAT, you need to
examine your beliefs and thoughts

to experience it.

The key is not necessarily to learn
anything new, but rather UNLEARN the
limitations you currently now think
and believe in. The time HAS come.
