A Point to Ponder... Read Now!
Hi There!
I hope that you have created a restful,
relaxing weekend for yourself. If you
havent, you may want to ask yourself
why?
As you may or may not know, I am
always looking for stories and metaphors
that are moving and inspirational that
I can use when I teach.
I have stumbled on to a poem that I
think is REALLY enlightening.
I want you to read this poem word
for word. As many times as you feel
called.
How many times have you had this
almost same experience.
Remember...... Its ALL about the way
you look at things.
Now without further adue. Here is
the poem I ask you to read.

The Cookie Thief
By Valerie Cox
A woman was waiting at an airport one night,
With several long hours before her flight.
She hunted for a book in the airport shops.
Bought a bag of cookies and found a place to drop.
She was engrossed in her book but happened to see,
That the man sitting beside her, as bold as could be.
Grabbed a cookie or two from the bag in between,
Which she tried to ignore to avoid a scene.
So she munched the cookies and watched the clock,
As the gutsy cookie thief diminished her stock.
She was getting more irritated as the minutes ticked by,
Thinking, 'If I wasn't so nice, I would blacken his eye.'
With each cookie she took, he took one too,
When only one was left, she wondered what he would do.
With a smile on his face, and a nervous laugh,
He took the last cookie and broke it in half.
He offered her half, as he ate the other,
She snatched it from him and thought... oooh, brother.
This guy has some nerve and he's also rude,
Why he didn't even show any gratitude!
She had never known when she had been so galled,
And sighed with relief when her flight was called.
She gathered her belongings and headed to the gate,
Refusing to look back at the thieving ingrate.
She boarded the plane, and sank in her seat,
Then she sought her book, which was almost complete.
As she reached in her baggage, she gasped with surprise,
There was her bag of cookies, in front of her eyes.
If mine are here, she moaned in despair,
The others were his, and he tried to share.
Too late to apologize, she realized with grief,
That she was the rude one, the ingrate, the thief.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
How many times in our lives, have we absolutely known
that something was a certain way, only to discover
later that what we believed to be true ... was not?
Think about this poem as you move through
the week. Intend to have an OPEN mind. Be ready
for anything. Be ready for miracles!
CREATE an abundant week. You deserve it.

I am soooo excited about this that
I can hardly stand it. :)
I have decided to do a VERY personal
and exclusive two day workshop in my
own home.
On Saturday and Sunday September
8th and 9th, I will be holding an extremely
powerful two day workshop intensive.
You will be at my home ALL day Saturday
and Sunday. Breakfast, lunch and dinner
will be provided for you at my home as
well.
Plan to arrive in Las Vegas Friday evening
and depart late Sunday evening (9:00pm or later)

reservations, and transportation to and from the

What Are YOUR Conflicts?
We all have them..... Thousands of them in fact.
What are YOUR conflicts?
Are they around your money, weight, health,
relationships, all of the above?
Its critical to your success, abundance and
most definitely your happiness that you
uncover these conflicts. And the sooner the
better!
I have been conducting a survey (you can
still participate, details below) and the results
have been nothing short of astounding.
I have had thousands of responses. Thousands
of you have listed their conflicts. Interestingly
enough MANY of them are the same.
See if any of the below conflicts sound like
you....... Here are just a few:
- 'Finding a good relationship and to be financially
stable not having to live pay check to pay check'
- 'Finding a purpose in life'
- 'I do not have the energy that I once had to make
the necessary changes in my life.'
- 'Accepting that I deserve the best in life. I need

The Power of Conscious Breathing

I have studied the human mind and psyche
for over a decade now and this one technique
I find is the most important by far. Do you
consciously breathe throughout your day?
Do you even know how to consciously breathe?
I define conscious breathing as ‘a deliberate
deep breathing inhale, then a short pause
followed by a powerful, cleansing exhale,
repeated several times.’
There is a power that I cannot explain simply
in consciously breathing. The fact that this
technique is f*r*ee, can be done anywhere,
by anyone for as long as necessary are just
SOME of the benefits.
When we take the time to consciously breathe
we are opening ourselves to release. We allow
the knowledge of the universe to enter our
minds. There is nothing more powerful than
the ability to take a step back and BREATHE.
As you begin your day you can consciously
breathe while you visualize or create your day
(that’s another article all together), you can
breathe while in traffic, before making that
important decision, before or after your
meditation, when stress weighs on you, etc.
The ways in which you can USE conscious
breathing is truly unlimited.
The more you take the time for these three
or four conscious breaths the better results
you will get. You may have heard me talk
or write in the past about walking on it
before you talk on it. Conscious breathing
is a large part of walking on it.
When we take a ‘time out’ to connect to a
quite calm mind, the more fluid and easily
the answers we seek come to us. I have
truly developed the gift of consciously
breathing 10-20 times a day and work
on increasing that every day.
Conscious breathing is so simple and yet
profound. As you read this article take
a deep breath in, hold it for a second or
two and then release anything and
everything that is troubling you.
Just let it go.
This one act alone will change your life
and so rapidly you may be shocked.
I encourage you to begin today to
take this time for yourself. I also
encourage you pass this article
along to all that you know.

What I Have Been Up To......
Hi There!
I hope your holidays and celebrations have
been extremely enjoyable so far. I also
hope you are taking some much needed
and deserved time for yourself.
I personally have been extremely busy. I
have sold a house, moved my personal
residence and have been busy unpacking,
learning a new area, not to mention the
holidays.
In fact, It has only been in the last 48
hours that I have had an internet
connection. More on that later.......
I can hardly begin to tell you the numerable
setbacks AND miracles that I have experienced
over the last few weeks. All of which have
made me stronger in some many ways.

I find that sometimes it is our own ability to stick
with it and push thought, and not give up that truly
makes us successful.
If it were easy everyone would be rich. Everyone
would be a Millionaire.
The fact of the matter is..... That is can be hard
sometimes to want to stick with it. To WANT to keep
pushing forward.
Its hard sometimes not to want to give up on our desires
and intentions. To just quit and go back to not trying.
Back to our comfort zone.
I found this poem years ago and I love it. I KNOW
there is a hidden message for you in these wise words.
The author unfortunately is unknown, however I really
think that he/she really sums it up perfectly.
Please read and re-read this poem. Print it out and
hang it on your wall, your cubicle, your desk, your
bathroom mirror.
But when you have a down day, moment or thought.
Please reflect back on this poem and remember,
that you CAN DO IT.
You must NOT QUIT. There are many who count
on you and believe in you. I believe in you.
Dont Quit

When funds are low and the debts are high.

Where Are the Errors in YOUR Thinking?

Hope your doing well! I have had an
extraordinary weekend already!! It
was almost 90 degrees here in Norther
California and I had a GREAT day.
I helped a good friend of mine in her
Kidz Shoppe Store. It was so much
fun. Having clients in over 48 countries
now really makes my business an 'internet'
business.
And with a phone Im all set, so to
interact with clients, use the cash
registers, credit card machines.....
Needless to say I was like a kid in a
candy store.
But I have to tell you I was really excited
when I got home and put the final touches
on the workbook for my Tuesday teleclass.
Let me ask you......
